I write contemporary women's fiction, and some really weird short stories. In this blog, I plan to talk about writing, and my path towards publication. Stick around. (For the time being I am not blogging on any regular schedule.)
What I remember most about the GRE was thinking that it lasted at least a half hour longer than the human mind is meant to concentrate. The last few answers went something like:
"Um, I think that sounds about right." "Sure, that's plausible." "Well, this might be it. Why not?" "This one's as good as any other." "Eenie Meany Miny Moe, catch an answer by its toe." "Ah who cares?" (Said while closing eyes and sticking a finger on the test sheet.)
Good luck! That's a big deal. Congratulations.
ReplyDeleteI hope the GRE went ok! Relearning geometry sucks rocks, but the GRE math was much, much easier than the SAT, didn't you think?
ReplyDeleteWishing you all the best with your grad school app!
Whoo-hoo! GRE! Oh, I remember those days! I had to take the GRE long ago! I don't envy you, but I'm sure you did just fine!
